This brake system is original fitted on the top models as Minimotors Dualtron Thunder and ZERO 10X Limited and 11X.
But also here as optional upgrade for ZERO 9 ( FRONT ONLY) 10, 8X, 10x HERE
Some Zero 11X is fitted with the ZOOM brand brake system from 2020, make sure which system you use! the NUTT is incompatible with ZOOM

When installed the Hydraulic system is a complete closed system, moist and dirt cannot get into the brake line. You also don’t need to regular adjust the brakes or face unresponsive brake power when you brake line got clogged with dirt and rust.

Tips!
The brake lines is already pre-filled with brake fluid, so pay attention when install not to let any out, or get air into the lines as it will make the brake unusable. You would need to perform an complete bleeding of system and some new mineral oil. if you mount on scooters with 160mm rotors , then you need to add some washers.
When you install and face issue, or after some time experience the hydraulic brake system will lose brake force, or the levers can move more the around 50-60% against the handlebar. This could be due to several reasons:
1. brake pads are worn down
2. Hydraulic brake line is not 100% sealed and fluid is leaking
3. Air has been seeped into the hydraulic chamber.
If it’s not just your brake pads that need be replaced. You would need to bleed the system. If you not already got one bleed set, You can find one HERE
Also you need some good brake fluid. The NUTT use mineral oil ( NOT SYNTHETIC) . We recommend using Shimano mineral oil or another good brand.
Please be aware?
Newer use without the insert pushed between the pistons while handling or attempting to install this hydraulic brake system. It will damage the pistons sealing. And you need new calipers.
Also pay attention to the olive fittings on the hose to brake lever. It a one time compression use. You can use the olive again, you need a new olive.

Purchased the Nutt Hydraulic Brakes to upgrade from mechanical brakes. The Nutt Hydraulic Braking System is definitely superior in operation and performance to its mechanical counterpart because mechanical calipers have one mechanically actuated piston which pushes the pad on the piston side against the disc which in turn pushes the disc against a stationary pad on the other side,whereas the nutt hydraulic braking system moves two opposing pistons under hydraulic pressure to clamp brake pads on either side of the pistons against the disc to provide more stopping power using the same application of effort at the brake levers compared to cable actuated brakes which produce relatively less braking force,and they are also extremely low maintenance due to the self adjusting feature of the brake pads and the only thing that is required is the periodic replacement of brake pads when necessary to keep it working to perfection.
Buy these brakes with confidence and I strongly recommend the Nutt Hydraulic Braking System for the reasons stated above.
