These quality tires and inner tubes are universal for all most 10-inch electric scooters, but a few scooters, although the size of their hub is fit for them, but the fenders and suspensions are unsupported, please check them befor buying.
The size of outer tire is 10*2.5 inches, the size of inner tube is 10*2.0 or 10*2.125 inches, actually, the inner tubes are universal.
If your scooter’s wheel hub is not detachable, installation of tires requires screwdrivers and metal levers, which will definitely scratch the hub ring. If you care about that, please consider seriously before purchasing.
The shock absorption ability of pneumatic tire is better than solid tire obviously, but if you don’t pump in air regularly, the inner tube would be crushed by outer tire, so make sure the inner tube pump air amply.
