If you purchase an new Minimotors or Kaabo, from us or other shops, your scooter is shipped together with an 66.4Volt cut-off charger. This standard charger only charge your scooter to 90% of the battery capacity. It will surely make your valuable battery pack keep working for many more cycles. But we always recommend our customers to regularly charge the scooter to 100%. This to maintain the cells internal balancing. Our battery service center have got many repairs with issue inside unbalancing batteries. We recommend to use an quality fast charger  3.5A-6.5A charger ( Kaabo Max 4.5A) And one time a month or every 10 charging use an 100% charge. This will balancing all the cells. 

The Charger Feature:
