The Zing series is an electric scooter that Segway has designed specifically for children. Zing C8 is designed as a toy for the youngest riders and comes with three gear settings, letting the Zing A6 travel at 8, 10 and 12km/h with a range of up to 5km / 3.1 miles. The Zing A6 only weighs 4.6kg.
The battery is in the footboard, which gives Zing A6 a low centre of gravity and helps make the scooter as easy as possible to steer. Zing A6 is equipped with a mechanical
footbrake – just step on the rear fender. The rear fender is also used to change gear setting (only in a stationary position). Extra safety features include is a skidproof footboard and skidproof wheels.

Zing A6 is equipped with ambient mood lights on the sides of the footboard and in the front wheel. The BMS (battery management system) ensures that all battery power is utilised and it prevents overheating, short circuiting, overcharging and excessive discharging. The battery indicator will flash a red light once there is less than 10% battery power left.
