Delivery from Spain was about 10 days, even though store promised 3 days shipping. This is v1.3 as advertised. After first ride most of the screws almost fell off. I recommend using thread locker. Speed with extra battery is max 32km/h. After 8km ride on fastest mode there is about 60% battery left(I’m 70kg).

France- Product arrived in time. Perfectly in accordance with what is indicated. Attention if it is to offer, the cardboard is not original (it seems to be returned surely to avoid temptations of theft, we can not identify what the cardboard contains). The cardboard was open and very well rescotché but it was surely to add the French plug. Indeed, the product comes from China and there is still the Chinese way (that’s why it’s cheaper). In any case the product arrived without damage, a lot of protection in the packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, foams). You should not have any problem with this seller.

Schnelle Lieferung von Spanien nach Österreich! Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer. Jedoch hat er sehr viel Spiel in der Lenkung.m, was sich nicht beheben lässt, da es ein Produktionsfehler ist. Also wird es nur mit Ersatzteilen zu beheben sein.

After the registration and safety instructions began to pass. After upgrading the Segway firmware, the speed was limited to 15km. Google easily found instructions for a new firmware upgrade and now runs 30km / h more rigorously. No, as long as the initial setup is fine. Strong recommendation.
